Excellent post, severusbook4.  Just one thought occurs to me: if Fudge
is truly in league with Voldemort, and not the idiot that he pretends
to be, then why would Voldemort have so much trouble retrieving the
prophecy from the Department of Mysteries?  Couldn't Fudge have just
gotten him in somehow, without detection?
