Geoff:
I knew this had cropped up before.

I put "philological" into the Search Archive and had to go back 
through a couple of so "Next" and hit the jackpot with message 76238, 
replies 76251 and 76295.

In the US editions, the relevant words are "Sorcerous" 
and "Sorcerer's"
