Not after, maybe, but before. I can't remember which book it's in for sure 
(PoA?), but at the beginning, Harry has to buy new robes because he's grown 
about six inches. I don't have the book here, but I looked it up when 
(pardon the movie reference) people started saying that Dan Radcliffe would 
be too tall to play Harry in PoA because he had grown six inches. So had 
Harry! <grin>

Personally, I think that Harry's slowly playing catchup with the other boys 
his age. He's grown about six inches between PS/SS and PoA, and another few 
inches in the next year. My guess is that he'll be average height for his 
age by book 5, but is getting his growth spurts a bit later than some. (I 
went to school with a boy who was shorter than I was when we were 11. To 
put this in perspective, I was 3'6". <grin> I wasn't in classes with him 
for the next four years. When I saw him again, we were 15. I was 5'0" and 
he was 6'3". You just never know. <grin>)
