Fleur, the Creeveys (OK, only irritating and annoying here, but still), 
Ludo Bagman, Rita Skeeter, Gilderoy Lockhart.

Find me a good blond, or I'm starting the Society for Protection Against 
Slander and Libel Against Blonds. SPA SLAB, anyone? <grin>

Me:

Hannah Abbot has blond hair and Seamus Finnigan's hair is sandy-colored. They're pretty nice.

Besides, I don't see anything particularly bad about Fleur either.
