LOL! well, I don't have my books infront of me, but if I remember 
correctly Remus Lupin's hair is a Sandy Brown with grey flecks... 
this to me conjures an image of a dark blonde... and he is certainly 
wonderful in my book- despite Evil!Lupin theories.
Petunia is a blonde, but she is pretty nasty, so she won't qualify... 
let's see... who else...AH! The perfect one- JKR is blonde, although 
I have the sneaking suspicion that her blonde comes from a salon... 
but still she is a blonde and she is not evil-- unless you count the 
waiting and anguish we have endured for book five. <weg>

I think you are correct.... there are not any 'goodie'true blondes... 
but that makes me think even more of the parallels between the hatred 
of Muggleborns and mixed blood wizards to the ideals of the 'pure 
race' of Nazi thought.... perhaps that is the whole point...
