According to Draco (if he's reliable), "the last time the Chamber of Secrets
was opened, a Mudblood died." That would be Moaning Myrtle.
Other than that, you're right. Cedric is a pureblood according to
Dumbledore, and when Harry tells Draco in Diagon Alley that his parents were
a witch and a wizard, that seems good enough for even him, despite the fact
that Harry's mother was Muggle-born. (Okay, he doesn't know who Harry is at
the time, but he finds out later, and whatever problems he may have with
Harry, Harry's ancestry doesn't seem to be one of them.)
