I am not going to argue "whether Draco is evil or not", even though I 
believe that he is. :o) (evil child, as Cindy said), but could we 
have some canon, please on "old Gryffindor gang who were certainly 
bullies". Personally, I don't even believe that Sirius had a 
malicious intent during the Prank, but I guess it can be (and was) 
argued both ways.I think that the most he  would be guilty of is 
extreme stupidity, but that is just my hope. 

 But James, Remus and even Peter being bullies? I don't remember 
anything in the books, which could point to this conclusion.
