I don't understand your reasoning at all. Sirius warning Harry of Krum was a good 
prediction because someone later forced Krum to harm Cedric?

Harry told him about seeing Bartemius Crouch in Snape's office on the map. Sirius, like 
everyone else, made the wrong conclusions.
