What Will 5th Year Be Like?

That last post got me wondering now, with Voldemort and his Death Eaters back 
in the WW, and Dumbledore knowing it, what will Harry and his classmates' 
year be like at Hogwarts?  Will the word have gotten around?  Will some 
parents pull their kids out?  Will classes and Quidditch matches just go on 
like normal?
