Also, has it been determined whether or not Quirrel wanted to be 
possessed by Voldemort, or if he was forced?  And did he have 
Voldemort back in the Leaky Cauldron when he meets Harry?  Because 
it seemed like Harry didn't notice the turban until he saw Quirrel 
at Hogwarts.

We know he didn't have Voldemort until he fails to get the Stone from Gringotts. He talks to Harry about Voldemort wanting to keep a closer eye on him after his failure. I'd say he probably didn't /want/ to, but naturally obeyed, but that's just my speculation.
