Which would mean that some people got to see Krum using an Unforgivable 
Curse on Cedric ... I presume that, even if no one believes that Voldemort 
is back, everyone believes Krum when he says that Persons Unknown cast an 
Imperius Curse on him, or he'd be in Azkaban instead of inviting Hermione 
home for the summer. Doesn't that count as more evidence to convince Fudge? 
(I'm more and more convinced that Fudge is evil. And when does the real 
Moody's evidence come into play? Let Fudge try to deny that one -- if, as I 
suspect, the real Moody's personality is very like the fake one's version, 
the dialogue should be hilarious.)
