Me:  I agree with the hight of the stands and of the hedges, but if 
people could see in on what was happening, especially if *judges* 
could see, why didn't they notice Fake!Moody zapping obsticles from 
Harry's path?  I also tend to think they they can't see in due to the 
patrol watching for the red sparks.  I mean, if they could see in, 
wouldn't they have stopped Krum (under imperius) from cursing 
Cedric?  

OTOH, it would have been a bit of a bore to sit and stare at 
shrubbery.
