As much as I hate to say this, but I believe Mr. Weasley to be the one to
die.  He's the patriarch to the whole Weasley clan, he has an almost
child-like fascination with muggles and anything muggle-like (plugs,
anyone?), Lucius absolutely hates him for those reasons and others,  and I
believe Voldemort knows the tension that may exist between him and Fudge
(since Fudge is so blind to V's rise).  Anyway, my thoughts...
