Snape (only because Dumbledore trusts him)

* these people wouldn't *consciously* do anything to betray or hurt Harry, but I
feel that by their impulsive/reckless/hot tempered/easily swayed/clueless
natures they may do or say something inadvertantly that will hurt Harry.
(example:  Neville writing down all the passwords allowing Sirius to get into
the tower.  He didn't mean to, but...)

Questionable:

Percy (obvious reasons)
Anyone in the ministry other than Arthur Weasley and those he trusts (chance of
corruption)

Wild Cards:

Draco Malfoy (I think he's a very wild card and I don't think he's there just to
be Lucius Malfoy's "Mini-Me".  I'm not a big fan of Redeemed!Draco, but I do
want to see him used for something other than being a pest.)

Narcissa Malfoy (since we know absolutely nothing about her other than she's
pretty and didn't want Draco to go to Durmstrang.)

new DADA teacher (it would be too obvious to have yet another DADA teacher who
is not what he/she seems...)

Ginny  (I'm not really on the Evil!Ginny bandwagon, but I have to wonder how
much influence TR still has on her)

Actively Distrust:

Lucius Malfoy (duh)
All DE's except Snape
All DE's children/spouses other than Draco and Narcissa
Fudge
Bagman
