Was Harry specifically conceived to destroy Voldemort?

Dumbledore says her prediction at the time of Harry's exam was her
second "real" prediction and he'd have to give her a raise. With
Riddle/Voldemort's arrogant attitude toward other wizards who
actually are good at wizarding, I can't imagine him giving much
credance to a "seer" who predicts the death of at least one student a
year and is pretty consistantly wrong in her predictions. JMHO. Now
if HARRY predicted something, especially if he saw it in a dream, I'd
listen to him -- but not Trelawney.
