Oh, I hope that's not the case! I apologize for mentioning this, but 
TMTMNBN2 made such a big deal of Dobby making that dessert fly that 
if it really was one of the Masons who did it, there will be some 
'splaining to do!

However, that is a good theory. Perhaps they are "friends" of 
Voldemorts and want to get Harry kicked out of Hogwarts and the 
Dursley's house so he won't be as protected as he is now.
