Also, Mr. Weasley says "Ron's told us so much about [you]" upon 
meeting Harry that same day, so Ginny's crush may have a lot to do 
with what she's heard.  I believe firmly in the theory that Arthur is 
excited about Harry more because he lives with Muggles and is Ron's 
friend than because of his celebrity, am deeply fond of Arthur for 
that reason, and am ticked at the CTMNBN for implying otherwise.  So 
I am likewise happy to extend Ginny the assumption that her crush has 
moved beyond "ooh it's Harry Potter."  It's still a crush more on the 
image than on the person at this point, of course; she doesn't *know* 
him.  But she does know a lot about him, since her brother(s) know(s) 
him well.
