Intention counts, she knew there was some kind of WWWhezees.

This is all about Accio. Of course a summoning spell can get you something without 
you being able to see it. But the Masons weren't in the kitchen, had never been there. 
They didn't know where the kitchen was and what was in it. So the best they could 
have done is "Let something in the kitchen hover". Strange coincidence they got the 
right object...

Also, they would have had to cast to spell without a wand and without speaking loud, 
since the Dursleys were so close.

Not to mention that Dobby would have said something to Harry if someone else had 
done the spell.

And think about it - if you want to cause Harry trouble and are able to get past 
Dumbledore's protection magic and get into the house and cast spells - would you 
waste the opportunity on THIS?

Sorry, I see no evidence or even arguments for this theory.
