Why does he need a better reason to hate Dementors than the fact of what 
Dementors are and do? He probably classes them with the Unforgivable Curses 
as things which it is inherently wrong to inflict upon a fellow sentient 
being.

Also, we do not know where Dementors came from. I suspect they are the 
product of Dark magic. (Perhaps they were one of Grindelwald's projects?) 
Which doesn't make the Ministry of Magic look good, if they are the ones 
controlling them and condoning their use ...
