with you that it is a matter of perspective. (Actually, I still would
not. :o))
Draco had no way of knowing that Harry could protect himself from the
dementors. As far as he knew , Harry could have been injured very
badly on that Quidditch match. So, in my book this assault was very
serious
But, surely most of the time as Harry's protagonist Draco looks very
pathetic. It does not make him any less evil in my book, though. He
looks pathetic in comparison with the biggest evil wizard in the
world, so I'll be glad to call him "less evil", but still evil.
Having said all that, I can't find likeable qualities in Draco even
if not looking from Trio's perspective.
I did say it before - to me - Draco is a racist, pure and simple.
Until he realises (if ever) that muggle-born witches and wisards are
the same people as pure-bloods, he gets my vote as my most disliked
character in Potterverse after Voldemort and Malfoy Sr.
