Around Dec 20 - 22 of last year there were two really long threads
covering this subject, although focusing more on Rita Skeeter and her
potential trouble making than on her specific affect as related to Sirius.

A lot of good thoughts came out in that thread.  It's worth reading or
reviewing. Here is a link to one of my posts which will put you right

Relative to the current topic, let me say that Rita is a very nasty
word that I can't say in a public forum but it rhymes with WITCH.

No good can come from Rita Skeeter, and I seriously doubt that
Hermione can restrain the greatest story of the century with the
threat of exposing her as an animagus (which is the main thrust of my
post whose link is shown above). Let me summuries by say that Rita
Skeeter scares the hell out of me, at the moment and to Harry and his
friends personally, I see Rita as more dangerous than Voldmort.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
