Dear fellow potterites,
When the news of Ootp first came, I was so excited that I put the
"everything" quote on my door with the release date. (All my naighbours
know what a Potter-fanatic I am). I see it, everytime I leave or come home.
This morning as I left for school, I was struck with a horrible, though IMHO not
an unlikely thought: That line is such a terrific teaser, so much so that I doubt
it will actually be followed by Dumbledore explaining *everything* to Harry. It
might just as well be followed by someone bursting into the room with urgent
news, calling Dumbledore away, which could (OK, speculating wildy now) lead
to a series of events in which Dumbledore was abducted, or lost his memory,
or, heaven forbid, killed or in some way prevented revealing whatever it is...
Granted, we know from Rowling that we will find out a lot more about Lily in
Ootp, which means, I presume, important facts about Harry's heritage--but
what's to say that this will occur in the "I am going to tell you
everything"-situation?

Sophia (in dreadful s-u-s-p-e-n-s-e)
