It's not a completely unfounded thought.

We've seen Harry "get away" with things that other students
probably would not have.

For example, blowing up Aunt Marge, and his subsequent
treatment by the ministry would make me wonder, too.

I realize that Harry had definite reasons to be furious with
her, but still...

And Dumbledore doesn't seem to be the kind of guy to
pressure someone into a confession.

Look at CoS, where Dumbledore asks:"I must ask you, Harry, whether
there is anything you'd like to tell me," he said gently. "Anything
at all."

We know what Harry's answer is.

But what did Ron say that has to do with Harry "getting
away" with anything in GoF?
