Very nice job in breaking down that 8-point Thingy.  But...going back 
to the original quote, there's a few key words that need to be looked 
at....

As posted by Nobodys Rib:

Key words being:  "Tonight, before midnight...the servant will break 
free and set out to rejoin his master."  Now, I'm not 100% sure of 
this, but didn't Voldemort go and rescue Crouch Jr. during GoF, with 
the help of Pettigrew?  Thus, Crouch Jr. cannot be the servant 
Trelawney is talking of.  It's Pettigrew, and although you 
discredited the reasons for which Pettigrew helped his master, that 
does not change that fact that he *did* provide a great service to 
Voldemort.  Without Pettigrew, pretty much everything Voldemort did 
during GoF would not have happened.
