I'm reading this discussion with interest, and I think I'll add something which might have been mentioned before (but don't eat me for it).

OK. Voldemort has Peter's blood in him. But Peter has a lift-debt to Harry. So, could it be that *Voldemort* now has a life-debt to Harry as well? 

Umm... this was shorter than I thought it would be. :) Any thoughts?
