I'm guessing the other deaths would be attributed to Crouch Jr., unless
Evil!Fudge is real-- which is very possible.  However, if the reality is
simply Moron!Fudge, well, he's seen Crouch Jr., a supposedly dead Death
Eater, alive.  It seemed like he was ready to blame EVERYTHING on Crouch Jr.
at the end of GoF.  Of course, if he really is evil, then this can all be
thrown out the window.
