OOP : Snape's worst memory (as far as we know)

There is that, but Harry is not the only one to call Dumbledore 
simply Dumbledore is he? But he is the only one to call Snape, Snape. 
Other adults may call him Severus, but I know of few that do not call 
him Professor Snape, however almost all at one time have called 
Dumbledore simply Dumbledore or at least refered to him that way in 
front of Harry.
