It is possibly that simple, that he is a better potions master then
he would be DDA teacher, or is that too simple an answer or one that
has already been discussed?
I agree Dumbledore rarely seems to do anything simply because the
mood strikes him, he always seems to have a very logical long range
plan in mind, something that almost always seems to work. So Snape
not getting the DDA job could very well be that planning, perhaps
something such as having someone he can trust make fake (forgive me I
cannot spell it right) Vertisurum to stop Harry from giving away
secerts? Are these over discussed ideas or possible motives for
Dumbledore to act as he is acting?
