The letters aren't about the order, that's for sure. Hermione is too
clever to do something as stupid as that. Code-language is fairly
easy to break to someone who wants to know what's in a long letter
like that. Hermione, of course, could put a spell on the letters, but
even that is fairly risky.
I wonder what's going on in this matter anyway. Did Hermione ever go
and visit Krum? Or did she spend the whole summer in the
headquarters?
As for pairing up the characters, it's obvious that Ron likes
Hermione (not that he would admit it even to himself), but they don't
fit. Harry isn't interested in Hermione at all, but is she interested
in him? They would make a nice couple, but I think it would be too
obvious, and I hope JKR has more imagination than that. It would be a
boring solution. Maybe someone will turn up for Harry. And for Ron.
Or at least one of them. Pity Cho turned up to be such a bore.
