I think its a possibility. Although, I still think that Neville is 
the one who becomes a teacher in the end (first I thought herbology, 
now I think DADA). 

However, I think there is no way that Snape will move on (maybe, if 
Severus becomes DADA teacher, but than he would probably still teach 
Neville). Snape is essential to the plot, and I am pretty sure 
neither Harry nor Neville will have the luck to get rid of him before 
the end of book 7 (of course, only if they continue to do Potions, 
and at least in Neville's case it's doubtful).
