Me:

I'd always assumed it was "ordinary" chocolate.  I thought this was 
great--that chocolate, usually considered a treat, not good for you, 
etc. would be essentially medicinal!  I mean, who doesn't feel better 
after a chocolate (or some kind of sweet)?  If we get down, or 
something bad happens, chocolate often makes us feel better.  My 
theory is that this *IS* the case, and it's proven in the WW.  As a 
muggle myself, I can't see Dementors, but I do know that when I get 
those feelings as if a Dementor were near, chocolate really does 
help.  I figured it was both insightful, and a bit cute, to have this 
work that way it does with "ordinary" chocolate in the WW.
