OoP - Umbridge´s nasty smile

Sorry if this matter has already been discussed thoroughly, I haven´t 
had time to read all the messages. I´m just wondering about the 
incident after Harry´s practical DADA examination(chapter "OWLs") 
when Harry glances at Umbridge and ignores her nasty smile after his 
success. Do you think Umbridge has some contacts in the Ministry 
which she can use to somehow fail the test? Or is she just thinking 
about her position as DADA teacher+High Inquisitor+Supreme Ruler of 
Hogwarts, so that we don´t have anything to worry anymore now that 
Dumble´s back? Or has she got some other way to harm Harry in her 
mind? What do you reckon?
