I'm sure Voldemort knows where Harry calls "home". I doubt Harry's 
muggle address is a big secret in at least most of the WW. And 
Voldemort's a smart wizard, evil as hell, but smart. He's always 
been aware about the protection Lily left on Harry, so of course he 
knows Dumbledore would have made sure there was extra protection. 
That's why Harry's never been attacked by a death eater or Voldemort 
himself. He knows with Dumbledore as head chief overlooking Harry's 
saftey, it would be pointless to try anything there.
