I was wondering what would happen to Buckbeak as well, but then where 
would Harry keep him?  I think if Harry inherets 12 Grimwauld, then 
he would get Buckbeak. Hopefully this will be an additional pet. I 
would hate to see something happen to Hedwig. I mist up a bit when I 
see dead squirrels or armadillos.
