This is definitely the graveyard scene. In PoA, Harry would always hear the
voice of his parents in the last moments of their lives. You notice that
this time around he did not hear that at all. Instead, he heard Voldemort.
This has replaced his parents' murder as his worst memory. He is having
nightmares of this exact scene almost every night. It was brought up again
about a minute before the dementors showed up by Dudley. To me, I found
that scene fascinating because it shows that his worst memory has changed.
