But that's Voldemort's voice from the graveyard in GoF, not the
dementor's voice. I still think dementor's can, in fact, communicate
with wizards, somehow, as they have to communicate with the MoM for
their job at Azkaban, and they have to communicate with Dumbledore in
PoA...
But yeah, that was Moldy Voldy's voice, not the dementor's.
