Yes, I considered that, but Harry asks Ron (page 54 US Hardback GoF): "What 
are Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes?" Harry asked as they climbed.
Ron doesn't correct Harry calling their business that name.  Mrs. Weasley 
might not get the name correct, but I think Ron or Ginny would.
Also, the Chapter Five title *is* "Weasleys' *Wizard* Wheezes"
