 Now me:

    IMO, Fred and George just slightly changed the name. After all, 
the two referances are @ 19 months or so apart in the storyline and 
it was certainly their perrogitive to do so. They were working so 
hard at perfecting their products I'm sure they would have endlessly 
played with the name before they were satisfied.
