He sure gets positive feedback from Snape, and McGonagall openly 
punishes her own house worse than Draco. Even Hagrid, who Draco 
despises and insults whenever he can, doesn't treat him unfairly. 

And as for the anti-Slytherin bias, the Slyths won the House Cup 
several years running before Harry arrived, so it sounds like the 
teachers were fair about it.

I'm with Jenny. Parents should have high expectations for their 
children. Seems to me like Draco's problem is that he's too coddled, 
rather than having too much expected of him.
