OoP: Abused!Draco

stands to reason that she observed all these dynamics and all the

I espouse the Abused!Draco theory simply because I liked how the 
character worked against the protagonist in Books I-IV and the kid 
who plays him in the movies is a cutie; cypher that he is in Book V, 
absent some interestingly horrific psychological abuse, he's just an 
annoying little rodent whom Harry very rightly blows off.

And gosh darn it, I *like* EvilRichBitch!Draco! Harry *needs* him! 
Who ever heard of a poor-but-honest hero without a nasty spoiled rich 
opposite number? It screws up the dramatic symmetry. I'm just trying 
to give him enough of a backstory to justify his coming back strong 
in the last two books.
