You know, I've wondered about this. I thought it was the clearing of
Hagrid's name that allowed him to become an instructor at Hogwart's.
Yet, when Hagrid tells of his quest to find the giants he
specifically mentions being unable to use magic for fear of MoM
following. A Flint? Or are we waiting on the proclamation refered to
above??
