The real tension isn't when they begin the relationship, but when it 
ends.  If we're assumeing they live happily ever after, I don't 
think it would be a problem.  However, were they to break up, with 
Ginny leaving Harry, it would be a problem, but probably a 
recoverable one.  Were Harry to leave Ginny, I think he would have 
about half a dozen Weasely's to answer to.

The chief stress fathers and older brothers have with their 
daughter/sisters boyfriends is fear of the "improper" relationship.  
I don't think any of them would fear that Harry wouldn't treat Ginny 
right.
