My opinion is, that there won't be an evil Weasley (I mean evil in
the sense, that they are in league with Voldemort). I just can't
imagine it. I know that JKR is the master of plot twists, but I can't
see any of these people as actually really evil.

I think they could have found it out very easily. They just had to
ask Arthur, if Bill told him. And I think Molly had to stay at
Harry's bedside in this night.

Maybe the beautiful Fleur Delacour was a reason. ;-) *g*

This is a bit problematic, because we don't know, how old exactly
Bill is. But lets say he is already 30 (and this is IMO really the
maximum, considering the age of Percy and the younger silblings).
That would have made him 15 or 16 when Voldemort vanished. Don't you
think that is a bit young for a Death Eater? Especially from such a
tolerant family like the Weasleys. I mean, it is not impossible, but
I think it is highly unlikely. Draco Malfoy is currently around that
age, and even he isn't a Death Eater currently. (Or at least he
didn't kill anyone, otherwise he would have seen the Thestrals).

True, but I don't think that makes him a Death Eater.
