What I'm wondering is, how much training do you need to use it? 
Dumbledore says that he could have given Harry training in 
Occulmency, and Dumbledore can use a Pensieve. Snape can train in 
Occlumency, and he can use a Pensieve.

Is this just a coincidence? Or is being able to take specific 
memories out of your head and place them into a Pensieve a highly 
advanced skill?
