Pensieve was Re: Snape and the Nicknames

Hi, 

Um... 

The book does NOT say that it is Dumbledore's Pensieve. Harry 
assumes it is Dumbledore's Pensieve, but he never asks and nobody 
says it.

Up to now, Harry had only seen one Pensieve, which belongs to 
Dumbledore. I think that he assumed that this is such a rare piece 
of equipment that no body else (at least in Hogwarts) has one. And 
as he doesn't exactly love Snape (sorry, PROFESOR Snape) he must 
think that Snape is not worthy enough to own a Pensieve. So he never 
thought twice about it and never bothered to find out the truth.

Just an idea...
