Hey!

Her name is Alice Longbottom. Im sure they mention it in GoF (cant be 
sure as I leant my copy to a now converted Harry fan! yeah!) but in 
OotP Moody mentions her name when he shows Harry the picture of 
previous Order members and Harry sees her at St. Mungos Neville's 
gran calls her "Alice dear" when she gives Neville the wrapper. 
Sorry to burst your theory... it would have been pretty neat though 
if she had some further signifgance.
