Weird Detail in O.W.L.S.

I wonder if it was Umbridge? If she was an animagus I bet she would 
be something dangerous like a wasp! or perhaps a koala - all cute and 
cuddly until it attacks (They are vicious little things).

Was Umbridge in the hall that day? I don't remember. I wonder why she 
never inspected Professor Binns' classes. Is she scared of Ghosts? 
Does she see them as second class citizens like werewolves, part 
giants and centaurs?
