Hi everyone, I'm new to the group...

When I read that scene, I certainly disliked James, however, I felt 
that he obviously changed after the time of the memory....else Lily 
never would have married him.  (She didnt particularly like him the 
way he was in Snape's memory).

I would think that the struggle against Lord Voldemort would likely 
effect a character change...
