Actually, I think that OotP improves the chances of the Harry/Ginny
ship. First of all, it kills off the Harry/Cho possibility (they are
clearly not right for each other, IMO), and secondly, it moves Ginny
past the stage of having a crush on Harry, but not really knowing him
well. The two start to work together and form a friendship, and the
character of Ginny grows a whole lot. It sets up the possibility of a
future relationship between the two (book 7 probably).
Other than that, I think the most likely outcomes for Harry are:
1) No one
2) He dies (sacrificially, in some way that defeats Voldemort for
good)
3) Someone who is not yet a character in the story.
While I think that Harry is probably related to the Weasly's in some
way, I doubt it is close enough that a Harry/Ginny relationship would
be considered incest. After all, a lot of the pureblood marriages are
probably fairly close to each other genetically as well...
