Remember Sirius said all wizarding families are related to some 
extent because they used to not intermarry with mixed wizards.  James 
was from a full wizard family, Sirius stayed at his home.  I believe 
JKR is saving alot of pieces to the puzzle that will link V and Harry 
through V's mother and Harry's father.
